Mobility Workshop
Are aches and pains keeping you from working out? Do you get started on a workout plan but end up injured? Are you interested in maximizing your performance?
There are simple things that you can do to avoid injury and take your performance to the next level! The key is knowing what needs to be incorporated into your own fitness plan to stay healthy. Come to Workout Boss/CrossFit Funky on Saturday, October 18th and hear Dr. Shiels present on what you need to incorporate into your plan. He will be covering the importance of balancing stability and mobility in any workout program. There will also be demonstrations and hands-on applications focussing on key problem-areas that many people experience.
