Elite Sport & Spine is Moving and Expanding

We are excited to announce that we will be moving our Brookfield clinic to a new location and expanding our services! The build-out and renovation of the new space is underway, however we are still working to finalize our timeline. It’s looking like an early to mid June move date will be most realistic at this point. Stay tuned as we will keep you updated!

Brookfield Chiropractor New Location

The new location is still in the Town of Brookfield, and only about 1 mile from our current clinic location. It is located in an area of Brookfield with a Waukesha zip code, so our new address will be 20900 Swensen Dr. Suite 575, Waukesha, WI.

Additional Services Added to Chiropractic Care

With this move, we are excited to announce that we will have space to add more services. Our current clinic is about 1,500 square feet with four treatment rooms, and new location will be 4,000 square feet with 10 treatment rooms and a large workout area!

In addition to the high quality chiropractic care, physical therapy (Body Renovation PT), and clinical nutrition (Wisconsin Fatigue & Weight Clinic) we already provide, we are excited to announce that we will be adding massage therapy and personal training! More information and scheduling options will be forthcoming in the next few weeks.
