“Hi, I am Dr. Zach Shiels, the chiropractor and owner at Elite Sport & Spine. I am passionate about providing high quality chiropractic care for those suffering from musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. I also believe that everyone should be able to perform basic maintenance on themselves. You should not rely on “getting cracked” three times a week indefinitely for your health. To this end, I am passionate about educating people on the best, evidence-based ways to stay injury free.
I have worked in a high volume chiropractic clinic and seen the cookie-cutter care that is provided. I have also heard other doctors comparing the number of patients they see in a day or week with the doctor seeing the highest number “winning.” I promise that you will not be treated as a number. You will receive care that is unique to your injury, daily activities, and health goals at Elite Sport & Spine.”
Dr. Zach Shiels attended Wisconsin Lutheran College in Milwaukee and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Pre-Medicine. He then attended and graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic. He nominated by the faculty clinicians and was a finalist for the Clinical Excellence Award. Dr. Shiels extensively pursued post graduate studies in the management of soft tissue injuries, running biomechanics and orthopedics. He is board certified in Physiotherapy, offering therapeutic exercise, manual therapy and muscle stimulation where needed. He is also one of few certified Graston Technique® providers in the greater Milwaukee area. This is the most highly requested soft tissue treatment worldwide.
