About Beth Shiels

Beth is the office manager of Elite Sport & Spine. She manages the finances, insurance billing, employees, and office needs at the clinic, among other miscellaneous tasks. Beth graduated with a degree in Psychology from Wisconsin Lutheran College, where she met her husband, Zach, on the cross country team. Being part of owning a business has always been a passion of hers, and she was excited to take on the opportunity with Zach.

Beth splits her time working at the clinic and from home, and appreciates the flexibility this schedule allows with four active children. Beth still enjoys running and completed her first marathon in 2024. Together, Beth and Zach enjoy coaching their kids’ cross country and track & field teams. Beth is an active member at Christ the Lord Church & School in Brookfield and enjoys being part of the community.
