- Weak hip muscles (especially gluteus maximus, gluteus medius, and gluteus minimus)

- Too much training in one sport year round

Elite Injury Prevention Program
Here is a list of the different levels of screening that we offer.
- Sport Specific baseline screening with generic corrective exercises – Free for members of teams and clubs
- Sport Specific detailed screening with specific corrective exercises and injury prevention program- $45
- Full functional movement assessment with data analysis and computerized scoring based on gender, age and primary sport with individualized corrective exercises and injury prevention program – $85
