October is National Chiropractic Health Month 2019!

October is National Chiropractic Health Month 2019, and this year’s theme is: Strength. Stability. Success. Along with the American Chiropractic Association, our goal is promoting simple #StepsToStrength for better musculoskeletal health. Keep an eye out on social media for the hashtag #StepsToStrength. In additions to our clinics, you can follow other chiropractors around the country promoting National Chiropractic Health Month 2019. 

Throughout the month of October, we will be posting a ton of content on a variety of topics dealing with strength, stability, and success. This content may consist of our favorite exercises for building strength and/or stability, some of our favorite success stories, and collaborations with other professionals in the area. The chiropractors at Elite Sport & Spine are firm believers that strength training is an important component of musculoskeletal health. We are going to spend a lot of October talking about this topic! If you would like to get involved, post a video of your favorite strength training activity and tag @ESSbrookfield on Instagram!

In addition, October 16th is World Spine Day! This year’s theme is Get Spine Active! This reflects the opportunity for people to manage back and neck pain by movement and exercise. Elite Sport & Spine, plus other awesome chiropractors around the greater Milwaukee area will be working in collaboration to provide some great content for you on this day!
