Dr. Jay White

Dr. Jay White is a board certified, licensed doctor of chiropractic offering chiropractic care as well as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, dry needling, and rehabilitation. He is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP), Full Body Certified ART® provider, Graston Technique provider, certified in dry needling, and a certified Athletic Trainer (ATC).

Dr. White’s mission in practice is to ensure every patient leaves care truly better than they were before. With a variety of techniques at his disposal Dr. White is able to provide an all-encompassing and truly unique healthcare experience that bridges the gap from pain to performance. Education

Dr. White graduated with a BS in Athletic Training from Merrimack College in 2016, a BS in Human Biology from the University of Western States in 2019, and a Doctorate in Chiropractic from the University of Western States in 2021.

He was an avid athlete in high school, participating in three sports, and he continued to play football at the Division II college level. As an undergraduate athletic training student, Jay worked with patients who suffered diverse athletic injuries. He had the opportunity to work with athletes from the Division I and II college sports teams. He delt with on and off-the-field care including treatment and rehabilitation. After earning his Athletic Training degree, his desire to learn more about injury prevention, nutrition, and rehabilitation lead him to pursue a doctorate in Chiropractic.

For fun, he likes to get outdoors to camp, hike, bike, and fish. Dr. White also enjoys playing all kinds of sports and mostly enjoys disc golfing. In addition to working at Elite Sport & Spine, he co-owns Chiros In Motion, a cash-based sports chiropractic clinic that offers both travel chiropractic care and has a permanent location in Elkhorn, WI.
