Milwaukee Lakefront Marathon Sponsorship

Milwaukee Lakefront MarathonThe chiropractors at Elite Sport & Spine are excited to announce our sponsorship of the Milwaukee Lakefront Marathon this year! This is a great Milwaukee event with a rich history. Elite Sport & Spine will sponsor the Lakefront Marathon volunteer program this year. Furthermore, we can assist with any training or running injury questions participants may have in the weeks leading up to the event.

The sports chiropractors from Brookfield and Greenfield will also be present at the expo and finish line. We are providing free injury evaluations and soft tissue treatments at the expo on Saturday. In addition, soft tissue treatments will also be available at the finish line on Sunday morning.

Milwaukee Lakefront Marathon Info

The expo takes place Saturday, October 6th from 9:00am to 6:00pm at the UW-Milwaukee Student Union Ballroom. The Lakefront Marathon is a USATF certified course. It serves as a Boston Marathon qualifying course again this year, just like the past 37 years. The marathon starts at Grafton High School at 7:30am. The course runs point-to-point, finishing at Veterans Park along the Lake Michigan shore. It features rural roads, quiet neighborhoods, and finishes along the Oak Leaf bike path.

The Milwaukee Lakefront Marathon utilizes over 2,000 volunteers on race weekend. There is still time to sign up for a volunteer position needed for the event! Due to the large number of volunteers needed, if you have interest in volunteering for the marathon please visit www.milwaukeelakefrontmarathon.org/pre-race/volunteers/.
